Research in fundamental science has always been a key focus of Huawei's corporate strategy, which is why they place great emphasis on nurturing rising stars in future scientific research fields. In September 2024, Huawei held the World Youth Mathematics Seminar at the Lagrange Mathematics Center in Paris, France. They invited two Fields Medal laureates, Fillgali and Laforgue, to introduce current research directions in the field of mathematics to young people worldwide.
